A Summary of July | 2012

July has without a doubt been the best month of the year or the best month for a few years! It held a few dates in particular that made it such an amazing month.

The first one being the 13th

My dream came true, I met my idol and inspiration Amanda Holden! As well as going to London for the first time in my life. I'll never ever forget that day because I'll treasure it for as long as I live. As well as all of that I got the chance to meet 4 Holdenites that I've spoken to for such a long time to on Twitter, they were so lovely and my first bunch of girls I've met! Amelia, Gemma, Kadie and Sophie it was really nice to finally meet you :-)

The two other dates being the 27th and 28th

The two nights of the A-Z of Music Summer Concert that I was a part of. Really the whole thing counts as an incredible experience just as doing Bugsy Malone was, but the show was just utterly fantastic and I loved every second of it! Every child deserves the chance that this group offers to young people and I've never looked back after joining last year. Another thing, I've never been a confident singer at all despite enjoying it, yet I stood on a stage with 8 other girls in front of a crowd and sang May it Be by Enya. The 9 of us were chosen beforehand which was good because if I'd of been asked there was no way I'd of agreed to doing it! In rehearsals the three groups of three girls took it in turns to sing there part, that's the closest I've ever been to people hearing me sing, I was so nervous throughout doing it although by the time the shows came around it was just normal to me. Also thank you to Malcom our Musical Director and Jodie for being such wonderful people to work with and giving support to us all, I loved it!

Mid July:

I nearly forgot to mention that the lady in charge of E-Learning (my high-school education) came out to our house for the first time to interview me for the website as I was such a 'model student'. I think that sounds so snobby and awful ha! Anyway, it wasn't because I was the smartest or whatever, it was the fact that I got on with the service so well and basically the interview was to help other people who aren't getting on as well as I did! That's why I agreed, in order to help other people using the website.

I guess you could say I'm proud of myself, which may sound rather strange but I am. In this month alone I've done things I'd never dream of doing about a year ago, achieving these things is one of the greatest feelings and I never thought I'd be sitting here saying I've done it all if I'm honest.

HAPPY HEIDI! Thanks for reading, I'll try and make the next blog beauty/fashion related and not lifestyle again! Hope you enjoyed x x
