OOTD for JCS/Meeting Amanda - 13.7.12

Hello everyone! Since my last blog post my dream of meeting inspiration Amanda Holden has finally come true and I couldn't be happier! I just thought it would be a good idea to do a post about my outfit as a whole! I will be writing a make-up one also, so watch out for that!

The overall outfit:

Dress: Generation 15 at New Look for £15.99 here -

I absolutely love this dress, especially for the bargain price that it is! I have a huge love for leopard print and so this was perfect, not too much but just enough with the top half being black and the bottom part being a floaty pleated material in the print. The elasticated waist separates the two different parts of the dress as well as pulling in your waist for flattering curves. As the pictures on the website show it also has a gold zip down the back which is a lovely piece of detail.

Short black cardigan: New Look for £6.00 in the sale here -

This is exactly the style of cardigan that I wanted, cropped and preferably with no buttons so when I spotted this in my local New Look I was beyond pleased! I actually paid £10.99 for this but its now in the sale so grab it while you can. This is a key piece that looks nice for casual days out or smart occasions over a dress.

Shoes: New Look last season £8.00, they have similar here -

I'm so pleased I picked up these loafer style shoes when I did last year, they go with so many different outfits and for many various occasions too. They feel very expensive on your feet with the patent black effect and gold bar across the top, they look especially good with black tights!
