GOSH Eye Shadow Quaret's

Whilst I was browsing the clearance shelves in Superdrug I spotted this pallet by GOSH for just £3! I opened it up and the colours looked very 'me' so I decided to buy it as I figured I'd get a lot of use out of the product. After using this one every day since buying it when I saw another set in different shades I couldn't resist. 

First of all, the packaging. It might not be to everyone's taste but I think the colour black looks sleek and makes the product look more expensive, even if it does get grubby. Not only that but there is a mirror for on the go and wait for it...  ITS A LIGHT UP MIRROR! I think that's awfully cool. 

Sometimes if a product has a jazzy feature, it makes the company steer away from making the product itself good but this isn't the case here! I think the pigmentation is just right, the colours are well chosen and all compliment each other very well. 

The first quad is called .... and the second one '001 Vanity Pastels' so I have all I need in these two pallets, my neutrals and pastels! I'm not a huge fan of the applicators you get with these things but I have to admit that I don't mind this one at all, it works quite well. Here is a better picture of the shades/colours close up...

All in all, I am so glad I picked these up, I'm hoping the pastel set is just as good as the neutral one. A main factor with me and eyeshadow is that I don't always know which to mix and wear together but with these, the neutrals especially, you can use them all combined and it looks great! 

Before I got these I thought that eyeshadow took too long and was too complicated but now I wouldn't not want to wear it! These are so easy to use and I'm a big fan, I seriously recommend!
