Review: Chilli Pepper London's Eye Shadow Kit in 'Warm'

I couldn't resist doing a review of this little compact as it genuinely is a really good product as well as being unbelievably cute! I was lucky enough to receive this from a lovely friend of ours as a gift for Christmas and I've used it every day since I opened it.

The packaging of the product is so quirky and girly with the bird, the blue and purple colours as well as the pearl magnet which allows you to open and close the compact easily. This particular eye shadow kit is called 'Warm' and contains 4 colours as well as a faint gold bird on top of them which very quickly wears off after a couple of uses. I believe that this brand is sold in Boots throughout the Christmas period in their range of beauty gifts and so you may not be able to purchase from their now, saying that - you might be lucky enough to get it in their sale!

Let's look inside the palette..

As you can see the other side of the compact is in fact a mirror which is great for travel due to its size. The 4 colours within this are highly pigmented yet don't give any fallout and look gorgeous when put onto the eyelid and blended together!

You get a chocolate brown, shimmery gold, led grey and a shimmery white that compliment each other incredibly when worn. Here are some swatches:

Overall, I have been very happy with these four eye shadows, as well as the compact itself! It isn't often that you get nice packaging and a decent product, but with this palette that is not the case whatsoever! If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram or have me as a friend on Facebook then you may have seen pictures of me wearing this, but in case you don't or haven't -

Photo: Happy New Year everyone! Lets hope 2013 is as good as 2012 was :-)

They aren't the best pictures to show you the product on but they should give you a rough idea of what it looks like on a face (haha)! Thank you very much for reading and I hope you enjoyed,
